Cancellation Policy

At Pro Glass Cleaners, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service while maintaining an organized schedule for all our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we require deposits to secure appointments and have a straightforward cancellation policy in place.

To secure your appointment, we require a deposit based on the size of the job:

• Smaller Jobs (Under $500): A $50 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your service.
• Larger Jobs (Over $500): A deposit equal to 10% of the total job cost is required. This deposit will be applied to your service.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Credit or Debit Card (no additional processing fees applied for deposits)
• Check
• Zelle
• Venmo
• CashApp

We require a deposit to secure your appointment:

• Smaller Jobs (Under $500): $50 deposit
• Larger Jobs (Over $500): 10% of the total job cost

If you cancel or reschedule less than 14 days before your appointment, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee:

• $50 for small jobs
• 10% of the total job cost for large jobs

No additional fees—just a simple policy.
